Mark Jessop – Technology Solutions and innovations Leader
“Begin with the end in mind” is a quote Mark takes to heart every day at Keystone. For 15 years Mark has made sure our telephones work and that our clients can log in to the portal for their results. He also writes programs for applications we use every day at Keystone.

When he isn’t answering an SOS call from one of his less tech-savvy coworkers, he’s working on his wife’s old pickup truck, his old car, fixing a chair or building a deck. He really is a man who can fix anything because he begins with the end in mind.

Melissa Mickalunas – Director of Sales & Client Advocacy
A native of Asheville, Melissa began her career at Wolfe in 1999.  She started in the lab, as an accessionist and later became a certified DER.  She was promoted to the Sales Department and assigned the Leader of Client Advocacy role.   She strives to provide exceptional value and quality to our clients big or small. Her goal is to maintain strong partnerships with current clients while providing great communication to ensure a successful program.  When she’s not focusing on Wolfe client relationships, she enjoys spending time with her husband and step-sons.  You can find her supporting them at high school sporting events and spoiling her “fur babies”.

Alex Cummings – Marketing Manager
“Don’t just think outside the box, deny the box ever existed” is a quote Alex takes to heart every day at Keystone. Alex started with Keystone in September of 2018 coming from a life long career in motorsports but quickly hit the ground running and started creating world-class strategies and marketing plans for Keystone.

Alex’s day-to-day consists of social media management, graphic design, website maintenance, content management, email automation, internal communications, and much more. When he’s not at work, Alex enjoys being outdoors with his wife and two children.
